Spicy and juicy Pinot Noir from the south east of Romania.
This spicy but fruity Pinot from Romania tastes the best when it's a bit chilled. Romania hasn't had an easy time as wine country during the occupation of the communists. Vinyards and tools were in bad shape therefor the production was at a low level. Nowadays Romania has climed up the ladder and belongs to the 10 ten wine production nations of the world! This Pinot Noir is dry but juicy and has tones of spices like pepper and bayleaf. Mild tannins make it a supple wine that goes great with grilled tuna or salmon, pasta with red sauce or game.
