Grape: Parellada, Xarel-Lo en Macabeo
Fresh and delicate Cava from the house Pere Ventura of the Penedès region. Made by the metodo tradicional which means that just like his fancy French brother (Champagne), it gets his bubbels thanks to a second fermentation on it's bottle. With tones of fresh apples en even a bit of melon. Made of the grapes Macabeo, Xarel-Lo and Parellada. Perfect sprakling wine as aperitif but goes also very well with tapas, chicken of fish.
Een heerlijke bubbel om te drinken als aperitief, maar ook heerlijk in de zomer in de late middag zon.
