Full bodied creamy Chardonnay from California
A full bodied and rich Chardonnay from the west of California, above San Francisco. Made of 100% Chardonnay grapes, whole-cluster pressing and a combination of barrel and stainless steel fermentation that gives a creamy texture and caramelized sugar finish that is balanced by a crisp acidity. This fine Chardonnay has aromas of apricot, quince and even a bit of crème brûlée. A nice and silky aftertaste of pineaple, guava and melon. Perfect to combine with rich fish dishes or white meat.
