Deep and complex wine from Alentejo Portugal. Quinto do Quetzal selects only the best Antão Vaz grapes, that are all hand picked from the oldest vines. After 6 months of fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine ages furter in the cellars. The wine obtains warm and deep aromas of tropical fruit, toasted bread and spices with a long aftertaste that remains for some time. Drink this lovely Portuguese with rich pasta dishes, white meat, fish and cheese.
